Hannah May of Temperance reacts as Lindsey Hauser, a stylist with Reve Salon & Spa in Sylvania begins making her first cut of more than a foot of her hair during the annual Bedford Relay for Life Saturday at Bedford Community Stadium. Ms. May, a Bedford graduate who is currently a junior at the University of Toledo, hadn't had her hair cut since she was in 7th grade, and was anxious about the change. She was one of several to visit the booth and donate 8 inches or more of their tresses, which will be donated to make wigs for cancer patients.
